Parks Pastries FAQs
All items in the order—including both special items and non‑special items (such as cakes, pies, and cookies)—will be delivered to the specified pick‑up location. If you would like your non‑special items delivered to a different location and/or at a different time, please place a separate order for those items only and include a delivery note at checkout.
Absolutely! We accept online and custom orders for our larger items (9″ pies, 9″ cheesecakes, and 6 or 8″ round cakes) for delivery only. Cupcakes and cookies must be purchased in 12-count single flavors (no mix-and-match at this time).
We deliver to Chicago and all suburban areas (North, South, East, and West), including Northwest Indiana.
3-Days for 6-8″ classic cakes, one flavor 6-count cupcakes, and one flavor 12-count cookies. 3-Days for 9″ pies, 9″ cheesecakes, and 6-8″ pre-designed cakes. All custom design cakes and pastries are at least one week lead time based on availability.

You can purchase a dessert online with your physical or digital gift card. Go to Orders, select your item, and checkout. On the checkout page, enter your gift card/coupon number there.
